1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tracking.so ("Service"), operated by Alexandre Francisco Santos Ramalho, registered in Bulgaria, Sofia, BULSTAT Code 181328041 ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tracking.so is a habit tracking application with social features for reacting to activities and AI-powered coaching. The Service is available in free and paid versions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. User Content

You may upload content, including images, to the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. Refunds after the trial period are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored in the cloud. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at alex@tracking.so.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
